Note: This material meets MIL-DTL-64154 specifications for extreme environment performance and ASTM D1418 for fluoroelastomer properties.

Thermal Performance:
- Continuous service: -40°C to +300°C
- Short-term peak: 320°C (≤2 hours)
- Low temperature flexibility: -55°C (ASTM D2137)
Chemical Resistance:
- Resistant to ASTM Fuel B, Skydrol 500B
- pH range: 1-14 (96h immersion test)
- Swelling resistance: ≤10% in oil (ASTM D471)
Mechanical Properties:
- Tensile strength: Up to 7000 N/50mm
- Elongation at break: 15-25%
- Tear resistance: ≥50 N/mm (ASTM D624)
Special Features:
- Zero halogen composition
- Flame retardant: UL 94 V-0
- Weathering resistance: 10,000+ hours QUV-B
