Medium silica fiberglass cloth, with a silica content of 70%±5%, is a high- temperature resistant inorganic fiber product that can replace high-silica glass at lower temperatures. The product has excellent heat-resistance performance and can be used for a long period in an environment of 800'C . lt can withstand temperatures up to 1000'C for short bursts. It is more suitable for conditions where the temperature and strength requirements are lower than those for high-silica glass fiber. lt does not contain any asbestos or ceramic cotton, is completely harmless to health, has a low thermal conductivity, a good insulation effect, good electrical insulation performance, and has higher tensile strength and wear- resistance than high silicon dioxide glass fiber cloth.
